AI in our work: tools, not judgment.
FirstOnTheMap is a brand of Aiconic (Kayros Operations LLC). There is AI in our parent company's name and AI in our work, so you deserve to know exactly where it sits. This page states what we build with AI, who owns it, who watches it, and the lines we will not cross with it.
The rules we run AI under.
These apply to every engagement, every program and every system we build. They are not aspirations. They are how the work is set up.
The AI agents we build belong to you
When we build an AI agent for your business, a follow-up agent, a booking agent, a review-response agent, it is built inside accounts you own. The prompts, the workflows and every conversation it handles are your property.
If you leave, the agent stays with you. We do not hold your systems hostage, and we do not reuse your customer conversations for anyone else.
A human supervises every agent
No agent we deploy runs unwatched. A named person on our team reviews its conversations, corrects its mistakes and tightens its instructions on an ongoing schedule. Agents are configured to hand off to a human when a conversation goes past what they are built for.
Speed is the point of these systems. Supervision is the price of running them honestly, and we pay it.
AI drafts. People decide.
We use AI to draft copy, summarize research and speed up production. Every decision that matters stays human: your diagnosis, your strategy, your budget allocation, and the approval of anything that publishes under your name.
Nothing AI-assisted ships to a client without a person reviewing it and putting their judgment behind it. If it is wrong, that is our fault, not the tool's.
We do not fabricate
We will never use AI to write fake reviews, invent testimonials, manufacture engagement or impersonate real customers. Not for you, and not for ourselves. A reputation built on fabricated proof is a liability wearing a costume.
If a vendor ever pitches you that shortcut, you now know what we think of it.
AI makes our work faster. It does not make our promises for us, and it never takes the blame for us.
What the machines do. What the people do.
In practice, the split is simple. AI handles volume and speed. People handle meaning and consequences.
- First drafts of pages, ads and emails, before human editing
- Instant responses to new leads, inside agents you own
- Research summaries and competitor data gathering
- Sorting and tagging leads so nothing sits unanswered
- First drafts of review responses, held for approval where you want it
- The diagnostic verdict: what is broken and what to fix first
- Strategy, positioning and every budget recommendation
- Final review of anything published under your name
- Supervising agent conversations and correcting them
- Every conversation with you about your business
Three things we refuse to automate.
Some uses of AI are efficient and corrosive at the same time. These are off the table permanently.
-
Fabricated proof
No AI-written reviews, testimonials or case studies presented as real. No invented star ratings, no purchased engagement, no fake customer personas vouching for anyone. Real proof or no proof.
-
Unsupervised publishing
No system we build publishes content, sends campaigns or changes your ad spend on its own authority. Automation executes decisions a person has already made. It does not make them.
-
Deceptive impersonation
Agents that talk to your customers are configured to escalate to a human rather than bluff through questions they cannot answer. We do not build agents whose job is to convince people they are something they are not.
Where your information does and does not go.
Client work runs through business-grade AI tools under vendor agreements, not through personal accounts. Your customer data lives in systems you own, and agents built for you operate inside those systems. We do not paste your confidential information into consumer AI tools, and we do not use one client's data to build systems for another.
We are also plain about disclosure. Ask where AI was used in your engagement and you get a straight, specific answer. How this website handles your personal information is covered separately in our privacy policy.
This policy will change as the tools change. Updates are posted here with a new effective date, and material changes are stated plainly rather than slipped in.
Ask us where the AI is. We will show you.
If you are weighing an engagement and want to know exactly which parts of the work are AI-assisted and which are human, ask on the discovery call. The answer is specific, not defensive.
